Range of MotionMeasurement & Testing

How far a joint can move.

Range of Motion is the extent of movement available at a joint, measured in degrees. It can be active (moved by the person's own muscles) or passive (moved by an external force). It is a basic clinical measure used to track stiffness, recovery and the effect of an intervention.
